One of the best things about being a coach is getting to know other people and see them reach their goals. So let me share a little about myself.

With 28 years of experience in health and wellness, I am a 45 year old women, wife, mom and dedicated health & wellness coach who helps women manage stress, balance hormones, and live healthier lives. My approach combines faith-based principles with science-backed strategies. I love to encourage and build the confidence of everyone I works with! My background in PTSD Peer Support helps me approach each person with a full health and wellness perspective.

I have spent a good chunk of my life diving into the world of movement, health, and wellness. My journey kicked off with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from California State University back in the early 2000s. Since then, I've been on a quest for knowledge and earned my Master of Science in Kinesiology, focusing on Rehab Sciences and PTSD from California University Pennsylvania. But hey, education isn't just about degrees—it's about hands-on experience and continuous growth. I've picked up a range of certifications, from being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to mastering the art of Baptiste Yoga through 200 and 250-Hour Teacher Training and Pilates equipment instruction. It's not just about the pieces of paper; it's about the passion and dedication I bring to every session, course and class.

With a passion for fire safety and emergency response, I have dedicated over two decades to the field as a seasoned Fire Equipment Operator, EMT, HazMat Tech, SCBA tech, and Instructor for both Sierra College Regional Fire Academy and Yuba Fire Academy. My journey began 20 years ago, and since then, I have become a trusted expert in the industry.

As a Fire Equipment Operator, I have honed my skills in operating and maintaining essential firefighting equipment, ensuring that every tool is ready for action when the need arises. My commitment to precision and efficiency has made me an invaluable asset in emergency response scenarios.

In addition to my operational role, I have spent the last 20 years imparting my extensive knowledge and experience as an instructor. Through dynamic and engaging training sessions, I have played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of firefighting professionals. My dedication to educating others reflects not only my expertise but also my genuine concern for community safety.

I am known for my leadership qualities, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to the principles of fire safety. My contributions extend beyond the fire station, leaving a lasting impact on the individuals I have trained and the communities I have served.

With a career marked by excellence and a profound dedication to public safety, I continue to inspire and make a significant difference in the firefighting community.
