COACH

Eve Webber

Founder, Owner

With over 30 years in health and wellness, Eve is a wife, mom, and strength and conditioning coach with a mission: to help first responders live stronger, healthier, and more resilient lives, on and off the job.

She has spent the last two decades coaching firefighters, law enforcement, and tactical athletes, helping departments build full-scale wellness programs and preparing recruits to succeed in academy and beyond. In addition, she coaches the Sierra College Regional Fire Academy Physical Fitness.

Her background includes a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and a Master’s in Kinesiology with a focus on Rehab for Injuries and PTSD in First Responders. I’m also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and trained in trauma-informed approaches, with additional certifications in USA Olympic Weightlifting, Strength and Conditioning and Sports Performance, yoga, pilates, and functional movement.

This work is personal to her. She don’t just coach reps and sets, she coach the whole person. Whether you're preparing for CPAT, recovering from injury, or building long-term resilience, she bring experience, strategy, and support that speaks to the realities of the job.
