Strength & Conditioning and Pilates
Since 1998, our philosophy and coaching style is based on dedication, inspiration and education. Our programs include strength and conditioning, Fire, Police and Military fitness, 55+ fitness, Pilates training and speed and agility training. In our efforts to keep our quality of coaching high, we offer private, semi private and small group training (SGT up to 6 people) only. (Team training available upon request.) Everyone receives proper instruction with every exercise in every class. Our classes encompasses people of all ages.
