This is a practical program with functional tools—no fancy gym required.

  • Dumbbells or kettlebells

  • Barbells and plates
  • Weighted backpack or ruck (or vest if you have one)

  • Access to stairs or a step-up platform

  • Sled

  • Battle rope or webbing

  • Optional: Resistance bands or battle rope for conditioning
