FORMULA FITT*
This boot camp style class includes all variations of real functional training and is designed to be different everyday. It includes exercises such as Olympic and Power Lifts, Plyometrics, Tire Flips, Jump Rope, Medicine Balls, Sandbags, Keg Conditioning, Speed and Agility drills, and much more. This class is great for all levels; everything is modified to make it easier or more challenging for each participant. (15-minute warm-up, 30-40-minute workout, 5-10 minutes stretch)
YOUTH SPORTS*
Sports performance enhancing class for children ages 8-11. This class teaches the basic techniques of weightlifting and speed and agility drills to improve overall athleticism. Also, this is a great class for regular exercise and coordination. (20 minute warm-up, 20 minutes speed/agility drills, and 20 minutes weightlifting technique)
SPORTS I*
Sports performance enhancing class for teen's ages 12-14. This class develops speed, agility and weightlifting techniques to improve power, strength, and overall athleticism. (15-minute warm-up, 20-25 minutes speed/agility drills, and 20-25 minutes weightlifting))
SPORTS II*
PSports performance enhancing class for high school, college & pro-athletes ages 15 and up. This class develops advanced speed, agility and weightlifting techniques to improve power, strength, and overall athleticism. (15-minute warm-up, 35 minutes speed/agility drills, and 40 minutes weightlifting)
FITT P.E.*
Physical activity class for children with Autism which includes various forms of exercise including but not limited to cardiovascular, strength training, calisthenics, core, stretching. (5 minute warm-up, 20 minutes activity, 5 minute stretch)
FALL RISK REDUCTION*
This class is for the 55+ adults who need to improve balance, strength, flexibility, overall functional capabilities and helps improve confidence and functional independence by using bands, hand weights, body weight exercises and various balance equipment with a chair to assist in maintaining balance. (15-minute warm-up, 35 minutes balance/strength exercises and 15-minute stretch)
YOGA*
This class practices the basics of Hatha Yoga including, deep breathing and stretches, mediation and relaxation to improve overall flexibility, strength and focus. (15-minute warm-up, 35 minutes Yoga posers, and 10 minutes mediation and relaxation)
